Maaf baru bisa memberi jawaban....

Begini. Untuk mengimport data excel ke Ms Access kita bisa menempuh langkah seperti ini:

1. Browse file excel ==> Ambil sheet-sheet yang ada datanya. Sheet ini kita perlakukan sebagai tabel.
2. Jadikan header excel sebagai nama field di database Ms Access
3. Defisikan juga type data di Excel, lalu masukkan ke dalam type data Ms Access
4. Buat tabel di database Ms Acces berdasarkan nama dan type data diatas
5. Jadikan data Excel sebagai recordset ==> isikan ke tabel di database Ms Access
6. Beri progress bar atas proses diatas.
7. Selesai dan beri pesan ke user

Sedangkan untuk mengekspor:
1. Tampilkan Tabel di Ms Access, agar bisa dipilih user
2. Setelah user memilih ==> beri pilihan user untuk menyimpan di folder sesuai kehendaknya

3. Buat Tabel Ms Acces dan Excel temporer.
4. Edit tabel temporer Excel, dengan memasukkan nama field sebagai header dan isi dibawah header
5. Beri progress bar atas proses diatas.
6. Selesai dan beri pesan ke user
