Yes and No. Depending on what you want to do it is, or was, possible to use the Digita Persona Software with Access. For my application at the time the capabilities of the control were insufficient so we sourced a third party software instead which allowed us to store (in SQL Server from the Access FrontEnd) and compare the calculated minutiae.
