[MS_AccessPros] Need to Move MS Access DB (hardcoded to SQL Server) to another SQL Server

 

We have a Access 2010 database that is hard coded into SQL Server 2008.  It needs to be relocated to a different SQL Server.  Is their a way to do that and maintain its current functionality?
