Hi Hendra,
Don't know if this is an option for you but I had similar problems with
different size monitors and resolutions and I ended up buying
ShrinkerStretcher for Access code written by Peter De Baets.
http://www.peterssoftware.com/ss.htm
I found it very easy to use.
Others here might know of free code, I think A.D. Tejpal has resizing code
in his code library.
Cheers,
Stuart

when applying the app everything don't look as on my laptop...do i need
codes to make all access objects to auto fit to the screen ? if yes i really
thankfull to have the codes,...thank you
