Hi Robin,
What happens if, temporarily, the balance of the controls are disabled? Or, when selecting the Tab Index, is there an ellipse to the far right of the value field? If so, has it been selected so that the Tab Order of all the controls may be seen in the popup window? Is there an unexpected control in the Custom Order list?

Hi Robin
Is there any other event code associated with the form, particularly
anything that sets the focus to the second control?
I assume it's a silly question to ask if the combo box is enabled :-) but is
there any code that enables/disables it at runtime?
Best wishes,
Graham

Thanks Jeff,
I did try that with the same result.
