That happened to me before. John is correct by getting the double arrow. BUT in an effort to look at it I inadvertently grabbed the edge and I think that I have the same problem as you. I cannot get the double arrow now. It is stuck.

Tiffany-
You should be able to hover your mouse over the right edge of the Nav Pane that
you can see. When you see a left-right arrow (<-->), click your mouse and drag
to the right to open the Nav Pane wider.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Sidebar stuck?
Any suggestions? I closed out of the program and re-opened, I have tried to
compact and repair the Dbase, I have checked for updates for Access and it is
still stuck. It is stuck about the width of my thumb, so I can see the files and
scroll back and forth but I cannot get the sidebar window to enlarge or move.
