I have tried it, but the error message like this "detected corruption of the file" and the import window can not be show...

My Access database is corrupt and need to be repair, when I Click ok, the
database repaired successfully but when I open the database, there is an error
message "Id is not an index in this table", I try to modify system table but it
need permission. Anyone can assist me to solve the problem... Please assist
