RE: [MS_AccessPros] Contract template

Art-

I NEVER work on a fixed cost. I'll give the customer an estimate and will try not to go over that, but it is inevitable that the client will think of something else they want to add. Working hourly saves a lot of frustration.

John,
That is perfect. But now that I am thinking of it, I have a couple of smaller project coming. Do you have on for based on overall project cost?

Will you be working by the hour, or are you developing something at a fixed
price?

A key provision should be that you still own the code. You will be granting the
client a permanent license. If you don't do that, you can never reuse any of
the code in a project for another client.

I am looking for a Microsoft Access development contract template to use with a
new client. Does anyone have one (Word document maybe)?

Thanks,
