In the formula box, why not try the function VLOOKUP?
This should do the trick.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Any excel gurus here that can create macros?
I have been given an excel workbook with four worksheets in it and I have to update the data from another worksheet.
I would like to take the common denominator Vin and search through the other four worksheets then replace the data. I think this is probably an impossible scenerio but I am hoping someone can suggest something.
I have searched the internet for a resolution and I find it hard to believe that the excel software geniuses did not think anyone would need to do something like this and create a quick import option.
