That's what I suspected. I do something similar elsewhere - with non-identical but sequencially numbered labels that I do need to save. However, since I don't need to save multiple records, I thought I could avoid that. I'm going to create a separate table in which I will first delete all existing records, then repopulate with the number of records/labels I will need. I am going to use the actual number of labels, rather than <=6, because the quantity of labels (also the qty of boxes in a shipment) is something I use and print on the labels.
