[MS_AccessPros] Open and run Access automatically

 

I have a macro that need to be run when each time users need to generate mailing labels. The tables, data, are pulled from a remote network drive. The macro takes very long time to run.

My plan is to run the macro in advance automatically at a specific time, after midnight for example. Will the Windows Scheduler do the job? (I have Access 2007) If so where is it located? I have tried to search it but no file found was result.

Besides using Windows Scheduler, what other method can handle this kind of task?
