Report_FixedRowsPerPgOrGrp
Sample Db - Explanatory Notes
========================
This sample db demonstrates printing of fixed number of rows per page or group in an access report. For each case, two alternative methods are shown:
(a) Solution based upon VBA code in report's module. This does not call for any interference to report's record source.
(b) Solution based upon SQL of report's record source, minimizing the need for VBA code.
SQL based solution as per (b) above makes use of a driver table having a single field populated with sequential numbers from 1 onwards.

Jenn-
I have no clue why it works for 1 and 3 but not 2. Notice in the sample code
that it hides the display control when "skipping" a line. This may be necessary
to do for all the controls to prevent displaying the same data again.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Constant number of lines on a report
Hello all,
I have a report that I need to have 3 records show per page. I have followed
the Microsoft Support article ACC2000: How to Print a Constant Number of Lines
Per Group and it works for the most part. The only issue that I am fighting
with is this...
If I have 1 record it works fine, I get that record and 2 blank lines on my
report. If I have 3 records, it works fine, I get 3 records on my report. My
issue is if I have 2 records. It prints both records and then repeats the 2nd
record in space #3. I have tried increasing the number of constant lines but I
always get the same result. If I have one less record than the number of lines
that I define, it always repeats the last record.
Can someone explain to me why? If I need to supply any additional information,
please let me know. I am using MS Access 2010.
Help!!
Jenn D.
