I'm not sure why there would be a licensing issue. I would go with your plan.

Subject: [MSAccessProfessionals] Move Access Application to Terminl server
Hi,
I recently moved the Access procedure to a Terminal Server (TS) environment, where we have a broker sever the load on two TS, everything works fine. On the TS I have installed access runtime, to run my Access application, there is also installed standard office 365 (obviously without Access). the question can I install my full office 365 license on my account (mine only) so that I can maintain my application, without licensing problems?
Thanks a lot
