Windows 10 had quite a run with printing problems for over a year. Check to see if the Win 10 computers are fully updated.

I went to the Win 10 computer and changed the default printer to Microsoft PDF printer and it solved the problem. It was on ''let Windows set the default". And as far as I know, it has been on let windows choose for years, but maybe I am wrong. Anyway, with the default set to MS PDF, the Access app works once again.

 

The two Win 11 computers on which the app works are both set to let Windows choose default printer.
