Re: [MSAccessProfessionals] Report Not Working

Have you tried putting a "fresh" copy of the database on the Windows 10 computer? I'm assuming your database is separated into a front end and back end and the users have an accde front end.  I have found sometimes a user's accde file gets corrupted and a fresh copy fixes it up.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I dont think the issue is with my Access file but instead is with the OS or computer settings. I was able to verify this by installing the app on a third computer (Win 11) and the app works as it has for

I was able to verify this by installing the app on a third computer (Win 11) and the app works as it has for the last several years.  I went back to my other Win 11 computer (where the app did not work yesterday) and checked printer settings, saved settings and then started the Access app.  The Access app created the PDF as expected.  I have no idea what changed.

I then went back to Win 10 computer, opened the APP, and once again the Access app locked up when I tried to create the PDF.  The app has worked on this Win 10 computer for several years with no issues but now no joy.

I dont know what to look for on the Win 10 computer.
