Access 2010
In this reduced database I have two tables one called Names and one called personal schedule. I assign tasks to those who are available for a duty. In the personal schedule table I have 5 weeks (for a possible number of weeks per month) and three opportunities to accomplish a duty each week. If a person tells me they will not be available on a certain day I simply check a yes/no box to indicate No on that particular event/day. Sometimes it can get complicated, and as I must do this each month I may not catch one of the "No" boxes to return it to Yes for the new month.
I would like to run a simple query to tell me who currently has any No box checked so I can make any corrections. I will upload a file called Database31 which contains the two tables.
