Hi Kevin,

I would not recommend using attachment fields. Instead, reference an external filename. To keep everything with the database, create an Attachments directory below it and copy the files to there. You can see an example of how to do this in my contact template, which is here:

Click on the pushpin icon to add an attachment -- then you will see the form that does this

I have a field "HotelPhoto" as attachment format in "tblHotel"

tblHotel

HotelID

HotelName

HotelAddress

HotelPhoto

My question is: Is that possible to trim the size of the photo to 10 kb while uploading it to "HotelPhoto"? Thanks in advance.
