Is it possible to have a multivalued lookup based on a table that will allow a user filling out a form to add to that list from the form if their choice isn't in the list to select a checkbox for? If so, can someone give me an idea of how this is done? I need the user to be able to check as many items that apply plus have the ability to add to the list.
