I did a quick search and found the following API call to empty the clipboard. Why not execute it from the form close event and empty the clipboard before closing it?

I don't think you can trap that one. It's an internal message and not related to any form object as far as I know. But something else is going on. That message should not come up. It only comes up when you actually copy several records.
Can you post the code you have behind your form?
