[MS_AccessPros] Access 07 to 03 .mde file

 

Hi,
I have access 07. About half of my users are on 02-03 and the others are on 07. When I made an mde file in 07, even though the file is saved as an 02-03 version (.mdb), the people using 02-03 can no longer open the file. Am I missing a step? Or is this by design?
