Programming errors? Nope, none that come to mind.

However, "garbage in garbage out"... So your querying and filtering will be
interesting and useless. Allowing Users to type anything they want anywhere
they want will make it difficult, if not impossible, for your Users to have
workable data. Let's look at City Name... You want to Filter by all the
people that live in Brooklyn. Only, some people misspelled Brooklyn or they
abbreviated it, now what? Your Users will not get accurate information and
you will spend more than half your time cleaning that field up because your
Users are blaming the database for inaccurate results. Use Data Validation
wherever you can, it pays for itself in the end.

My experience without data validation and format controls you get lots of
garbage data and it becomes difficult if not impossible to manage or analyze
the data for leadership or decision makers.
