[MS_AccessPros] Re: can I hide overlapping field dependin gon field value in continuous form.

Hi Clive,

That makes great sense to me. Would it possible to get some example code that many of us could use in our apps?

I am still a beginner in some of the more best practices to building databases. I have been trying to build a collection of code samples, tips, and best practices to refer back to.

Have you considered building some type of tool within this group where members could type i.e. SetFocus and the tool would return information, sample code, etc. Just a thought to help us beginners.

Thank-you,

Ralph

To make the layout work I have placed the short field on top of the complex field (memo fields) to make the viewing easier. This works fine and I am happy with this layout. (naturally the short field is completely blank when data is in the complex field.)
