[MS_AccessPros] Archiving of data question

 

Hello all,

I have a client who the firm tracks accounting for management companies and Home associations. So the Management company can manage many Home Associations. Because the firm is a CPA firm the accounting can span over a fiscal year for a project. A project is the process of what kind of accounting is done and how it is done. The client wants to archive the records for Fiscal Years, but I am having difficulty trying to figure out how to do this because the project can span past a fiscal year.

Any ideas?
