yep as the form closes you delete the file

Every time you change -(I use after update)- the combo box the file  is overwritten.

Only the picture of the last name in the combo box is left in the folder .

It is the only  file  in the folder  and when this is a local folder with NTFS security,

you can make sure nobody has access except the creator.

I use the network login identification SSO (single sing on) when someone uses the program. 

I use the same SQL database for this SSO
