Tim-
If the query is updatable, it would seem to be a simple matter to make the query the Record Source of a form and set the controls to the fields from the query.
If you're new at this, use one of the form wizards and select the query as the source for the form.

Hi, Would any of you please help me with this form?
I have a query that extracts a certain record from a table. Now I would like to create a form linked to this query, but through this form, I would like to edit/modify that particular record from the original table.
I have done this before but forgot how to do it.
Thank you in advance!
Tim
