[MS_AccessPros] Form to edit data from a Query

 

Hi, Would any of you please help me with this form? 

I have a query that extracts a certain record from a table.  Now I would like to create a form linked to this query, but through this form, I would like to edit/modify that particular record from the original table.

I have done this before but forgot how to do it.
