Thanks all. Microsoft needs the money I guess. I have more than one machine and will probably have to buy another 2010.

If you've designed any forms or reports in 2010 containing a control layout, you won't be able to open those forms in 2007. You can, however, use my FixBroken utility to remove the controls that 2007 doesn't recognize to go back to 2007.
