RE: [MS_AccessPros] Odd issue!!

Check the forms on open events and other events.  Perhaps there is some strange code that sets sourceobjects to different subforms.  I have a database that does that so that if someone looked at the design, but then opened it in preview, it might look different based on a datum in the recordsource.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Odd issue!!

Hi Folks,

I have inherited an 2010 database. I am not too sure what the designer was doing but we have run into this issue. There appears to be several forms that do not act as designed. Without regard to what it is doing the way to fix the issue is to get to design view of the form, possibly as deep as going to the underlying query data source, and going back to the Form view. I have no idea what could cause this random problem.

Any clues?
