Dear Mas Darsono,
Thanks banget atas solusinya.  Sdh menjawab sebagian problem saya, tp ternyata kebutuhan aplikasi saya agak lebih rumit lg.  Berikut saya lampirkan modifikasi sampel #1 yg sblmnya Mas Darsono kirim.
Saya perlu membuat skrip combo box yg jika dipilih Ppn, maka semua nilai d combo box & subform mengacu k tbl_ppn semua.  Begitu jg jika di combo box saya pilih non ppn. Kira2 mungkin tdk ya begitu?
