Hi Bill,
macros are generally for people who are not developers ... and those who are creating web databases.

Crystal,
One more question if you do not mind. I have three combo boxes to check and then open a form. I have successfully finished the code and it runs great. (thank you) In Access 2010 it appears as if I could also have done this by creating a MACRO BLOCK. Which method do you think is better, or does it not matter?
Thanks,
Bill
