Hi,
I have a split db with a 2003 back end. Some users have 2007 and others have 2003 for their front ends.
One of the users (who has 2003 front end) is sending me screenshots of an Error 70 (Permission Denied) message. She is trying to run a series of queries that add/update data on a back end table.
I wasn't able to find anything useful online, but I know this user can do this routine, because she uses another project I worked on that uses the exact same routine in it and she's never had any issues. All users on that project are on 2003, however.
Does the versioning have anything to do with it? She has the correct windows permissions for read/write to the folders she's using. I am able to run the routine on my copy fine, using the exact file she was using, so that leads me to think that has nothing to do with it.
Any ideas?
Thanks
