CopyObject is export-only where TransferDatabase lets you export, import, or
link. Neither *moves* objects. So, CopyObject is limited to objects in the
current database whereas TransferDatabase lets you work with objects in either
direction.
Does that help?

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] pros/cons to move a table from a databse to another
copy object or transfer ?
It seems that I could use either DoCmd.CopyObject or transfer database to move a
table from one databse to another. Does anyone have insight into the pros and
cons ?
