Michael,
the tblUnitTenant table is a link table between my tblUnit and tblPeople tables. Without deleting the entry how would I remove the entry so the subform for the tenant ahows that it is blank? I have a tenant module which I am working on so would I flag it there? The idea is the user should be able to remove the tenant entry from within the unit details form if the unit becomes vacant.
With warm regards,

Art -
Why are you deleting a record,
I would hope that you are saving the information somewhere.
I have move in date, move out date, initial rent, current rent,
and a field Active that I toggle to filter out past tenants
Take care, Michael
