[MSAccessProfessionals] Main form with 2 subforms dissapear when in Form View #name

I have new database with 3 tables and forms. I have attached some screenshots of my problem.

My main form (Customers) disappears when I try to view it in Form View.

When I look at my Instruments Form and its Subform Tests they show properly.

When I try to add the form Instruments as a subform to Customers, that's where my Customers form vanishes.

I did import all my databse items to a new database with no change.
