Yes.  Go to Access Options / Current Database and set the Application Title.

I typically (but not always) test before I post and I was worried about the same question you are posing.


I set a form timer interval to 5000 and added this code:



Private Sub Form_Timer()
    Me.Caption = " "
    Me.TimerInterval = 0
End Sub


It worked as expected at leasted in tabbed forms.

Does that work?  In most cases in Access when you assign a single blank to text, you end up with Null, which would cause Access to display the default title - the form name.  I'll have to boot up my Access machine and try it.

Is that possible to turn off the Form Caption and the orignal form name? I want the first form after logon to be clear of any text on the top. Is it possible? Thanks in advance.
