OK, I thought you probably knew that but wanted to make certain you were aware that the CustomerID+EquipmentID combination was not unique.

I understood that the primary key was different - I assume an AutoNumber. But the way to relate the two tables is via CustomerID and EquipmentID.

The same combination of CustomerID/EquipmentID might appear in 2-4 template records. The only unique key in that template file is the primary key, ServiceReportTemplateID .
