In my "2-step" method, which is joining 2 separated queries (the MostRcent and the query that contains records right before the MostRecent), since 1 query contains more records than the other, I used the outer join to get all the records.
In this "1-step" query, since both tables are actually the same, how do I construct the join to get an outer join result?
