RE: [MS_AccessPros] Speeding up form with multiple subforms

Adam:

What I mean by "on-demand" is that you load the data only when the user clicks on to a subform, rather than loading the data for all 7/8 subforms at Load of the parent form.

Maybe some of the sub forms whose main purpose is to pop-up further details can be replaced with List Boxes?

Liz,

The back end is migrating to a SQL server. We'll be able to automate some of these functions to run overnight. The only thing is to make sure all of the new monthly data has been loaded. It'll come from several feeds.

Thanks
