Thanks Bill. I just didn't know how much was involved in creating a custom Ribbon because I'm not wanting to take away functionality that I'm not aware they are using. It's just that occasional and rare file/print thing I want to disable.
It seems that eons ago one could put some kind of -1 value in a property on a startup form that would do it, but I don't remember.

If you use forms and never let the user get to the tables you have control over what they can print. Also, by using custom Ribbons you can control when they have access to the printer icon.
