I wonder if the star before "Need" is to blame, as there is never a character there.

The reasons can be from a drop down list (when selected in the medical record) or they can type in a reason for the visit.
I would like to exclude a number of the visits based on a bunch of types of visits that I do not need to show. Most of them are vaccine related visits. It is a text field. I have tried the Not like option and added a number fo them but I am thinking there must be a better way to do this. Here is an example of a bunch of the fields that I want to exclude:
I have tried the Not like "*Need for*" but it still returns the field, I am sure I have it wrong. Did search on web for ideas but can't locate a good way to do it
Need for pneumococcal vaccine Need for prophylactic vaccination and inoculation Need for meningococcal vaccination Need for immunization follow-up Need for HPV vaccine Need for diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (Tdap) vacci Need for DTaP vaccination Need for hepatitis B vaccination Need for HPV vaccination Need for MMR vaccine NEED FOR PROPHYLACTIC VACCINATION WITH COMBINED DI
Influenza Vaccine
Thank you
Patty
