Re: [MS_AccessPros] Re: OLE

Good Day
I read, downloaded and tested this code (BLOB), what i found i that i didn't find the right form in order to "load" the different types of documents they're using: word, excel, power point, pdf and tiff files.
I would ask you to guide me in searching some programs that are doing this, i found mr. Lebans web page, and i'm using almost all of his example unfortunnally, he quit Access teaching and coaching.
It works fine with the load office part, bmp and pdf but when i try to export only the old office documents work (.doc, ppt, xls) but with the new ones (docx, pptx and xlsx ughhh)
So, may i ask you to guide me in my search ?
Thanks and regards. Jose Antonio

Hello
I'm novice Access programmer, I made a program in order to make an inventory of OLE documents, word, excel, pp, pdf, tif, bmp, etc.
Is working fine (except for the tif and tiff files…)
Is there any way to export back to somewhere else, all of them ?
I've based my program with a lot of your samples, thanks to all of you.
I'm using office 2007 and 2010.
I WILL APRETIATE YOUR EFFORT IN HELPING ME.
best regards
