Remember I did say that I hadn't tested it with 2003. Which version of Access are you using to run this mdb file? What other versions have you ever used to open it? If I could have a copy of your file, I could debug the problem.

I exported all my queries,forms, etc using your form and am ready to import them back in. I'm getting an error message that it can't create the output file. This is on the application.loadfromtext line. I'm using the mdb version. If you can offer any insight on this error I'd really appreciate it.
