I have the beginning of a query that shows all the encounters done for a time period and the reason for the encounter. The reasons can be from a drop down list (when selected in the medical record) or they can type in a reason for the visit.
I would like to exclude a number of the visits based on a bunch of types of visits that I do not need to show. Most of them are vaccine related visits. It is a text field. I have tried the Not like option and added a number fo them but I am thinking there must be a better way to do this. Here is an example of a bunch of the fields that I want to exclude:

| Need for prophylactic vaccination and inoculation |
| Need for meningococcal vaccination |
| Need for immunization follow-up |
| Need for HPV vaccine |
| Need for diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (Tdap) vacci |

| Need for hepatitis B vaccination |
| Need for HPV vaccination |
| Need for MMR vaccine |
| NEED FOR PROPHYLACTIC VACCINATION WITH COMBINED DI Influenza Vaccine |
