Help please with my dlookup with criteria from an exiting recordset. My eyes are bazonkers!
strPFname = DLookup("FirstName", "LocalEmpsNSupers", "left(rs("FirstName"),4 = left(rs("SuperFname"),4) AND rs("LastName") = rs("SuperLname")")
This is wrong, and I can’t think and see straight enough to put the quotes and parentheses in the right spots.
Anyone have clear eyes and a clear brain?
