I’m afraid I don’t get what you mean. Can you upload some screenshots?

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] query filter drop down difference
Pros, I have a query that has a single parameter input for the criteria.
When I run it with the response to [Enter program code:] of “EKB”, I can click on the little arrow down button and it has the little filter boxes to check and uncheck. If I answer “EKA”, there are no little filter boxes, only “filter by.”
Would anyone know why? Is there a limit to how many filter selections there could be?
Respectfully,
