No problem. My database has two tables. One with organization name and one with activities. However, I didn't create the other 3. So, they aren't set up the same. I can go back to the creators of the other 3 and get them to change their set up. They should be able to do this quickly, so I will talk to them now.
I don't have look up fields in any of the tables.
