Kat,
This reads like you are all sharing the same copy of the database. The solution is for everyone to have their own copy of the accdb on a local drive, linked to a file with only the shared tables located on the network, then your 2013 won't affect their 2007/10.

Subject: [MS_AccessPros] Trouble opening access database
I have a database that was created with Access 2007. I just a new computer with the Access 2013, and I am able to open my database and make changes. However, the other users who still use 2007 and 2010 cannot use the database. They can open the database, log in, and are taken to the main menu, but the buttons don't work, so they're not able to work in the database.
What do I need to do to my database, so that they can use it? The database says it can be used with Access 2007 - 2013.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!
Kat
