Robin,

I don't see any column heading labels in the images. I guess I'm not sure what is the problem. I assumed you only wanted to place labels above the columns.

I believe the report width can be full page width allowing you to copy the headers multiple times:

Make sure your column width property is set to only a single column width. You need to play with this a bit.
