And I'm not sure why anyone would use 2013 to create a desktop database.  Web app, maybe, but it's too buggy for anything else.

As far as I know, a blank database will automatically use the default theme (whichever one you have selected as default). Forms whether imported in or created from scratch will use that theme.

Anyone have this strange issue?

 

When importing all the Forms from MS2013 database to a Blank MS2013 database the Hover Color in the Property Sheet of the Form is changed from "Text Dark" to "#FFFFFF" in all the Command Buttons of all the imported Forms.
