Are all users at Company B on the server, or do they have their own client machines? If they have their own client machines, those need to be able to connect directly to the share on A. Are you saying they're referencing a share of a share? I don't think Access will like that. The links need to be direct to server A.

Again thank you for your quick reply. So, I knew this was going to get dicey. The way the servers are connected is this.
User from company B resides on Server B. The profile, outlook, all programs, etc... When Company B want's to look at something on Company A's sharedrive they are routed through Server B to Sever A then to the sharedrive of Company A. There is no direct link from Company B to Server A. I hope that cleared the waters a little. I hope i'm explaining this right. Please let me know. Thank you.
